11-Year-Old Muay Thai Champion Dies After Accident
SAN DIEGO – 11-year-old Muay Thai champion dies after Dec. 21 accident near El Cajon. Kevin Ouda, known for his dedication and athleticism, was hit by a car while running with friends. According to witnesses, he tried to avoid a dog and ended up in the street. There, a vehicle struck him, causing serious injuries.
A Promising Athlete Gone Too Soon
Kevin was admired not only for his athletic talent, but also for his positive attitude and determination. For example, he inspired his teammates and coaches with his passion for Muay Thai. Thanks to his efforts, he quickly endeared himself to the local community. After the accident, he was rushed to Rady Children’s Hospital. There, he underwent surgery and was placed on life support.

However, on December 29, Kevin’s family made the painful decision to disconnect him from life support.
