ALTUM 2: Ecuador vs. The World
Ecuador’s fight scene is heating up again. On Saturday, November 7, 2026, Altum Fight League returns to the ring with ALTUM 2: Ecuador vs El Mundo streaming on marca90 official YouTube channel and presented by FISIOCARE ®. Rather than a typical arena setup, the promotion is bringing 10 aggressive MMA bouts and a pro kickboxing match straight to the Teatro Sánchez Aguilar in Samborondón. Doors open and the first bell rings at 6:00 PM sharp, pitting local talent against tough international tests.
Harry Gomez vs. Alisson Murilo for the Flyweight Belt
The main event puts the ALTUM Flyweight Championship (125 lbs) on the line in a classic Ecuador-versus-Brazil showdown. Homegrown favorite Harry Gomez (12-2) carries the flag for Ecuador. Ranked #67 among Latin American bantamweights, Gomez knows how to end nights early.
Back in April 2025, he choked out the aggressive Ismael Zamora in the second round at Combate Global, right after taking a unanimous decision over Jakub Wayman at Karate Combat 52, .
Across the ring, Alisson Murilo (13-3) isn’t coming all the way from Brazil just to play the opponent. He sits at #10 in Brazil’s bantamweight rankings, and if he gets on top of you, his arm-triangle choke is a serious problem. Between April 2024 and July 2025, he used that exact choke to put away Felipe Gheno, Victor Gabriel, and Anderson Silva. He has real pop in his hands, too, evidenced by a two-minute knockout over Marcos Paulo at MAC 16 last October. Coming off a decision loss to 18-5 veteran Fernando Laurenco at SFT 59 in March, Murilo will be looking to take that frustration out on Gomez over five five-minute rounds.
Welterweight Gold on the Line in the Co-Main Event
Right before the flyweights take over, the ALTUM Welterweight Championship (170 lbs) is up for grabs. Very little separates Brandon Ugarte (5-2) and Mauricio Durán (6-2) on paper. Ugarte enters ranked #62 in Latin America, while Durán sits just eight spots ahead at #54. With five full rounds to work and two records that practically mirror each other, this one comes down to who handles the championship-round pace better.
Youth vs. Experience in the Heavyweight Division
Up at 265 pounds, the heavyweight feature is a wild stylistic contrast. Lincoln Nazareno (1-0) is barely into his pro career and already sits at #25 in the Latin American rankings. He made a statement at ALTUM 1 this past July, forcing Carlos Paz to retire on the stool four minutes into the opening round. Before making the jump to the paid ranks, Nazareno went through a busy nine-fight amateur stretch, capping it off with a referee stoppage over Erwin Poveda at LDF 11.
His opponent, Argentine veteran Ariel Arce (5-5), hasn’t fought under the bright lights since November 2017. A nine-year layoff is no joke in combat sports. Still, heavyweights carry power late into their careers, and Arce has never been shy about going for the finish. He kicked off his pro run with three straight knockouts in Argentina and traded first-round heel hooks on the regional circuit before stepping away. If he can shake off the cobwebs early, Nazareno will have his hands full.
Rest of the Main Card
Two more three-round pro bouts round out the main card lineup in Samborondón:
- Bantamweight (135 lbs):
- #36 ranked Latin American bantamweight Marcelo Pantaleón (8-1) puts an impressive record on the line against #246 ranked Leandro Oviedo (5-3).
- Lightweight (155 lbs):
- Undefeated Edward Gonzalez (2-0, #177 Latin America) looks to stay perfect when he welcomes Rafael Cardoso (0-0) for his pro debut.
Prelims Feature a Familiar Kickboxing Foil and Hungry Prospects
If you grab your seats early at Teatro Sánchez Aguilar, keep an eye on the 145-pound pro kickboxing prelim between Esmeraldas native Franklin Huila and Yoncarlos Perez. Sharp-eyed fans will remember Perez’s name right away.
Five three-round MMA bouts fill out the rest of the preliminary card:
- Bantamweight (135 lbs):
- 39-fight veteran Andres Cordero Cordova (19-20, #223) brings a ton of cage time against Henry Miranda (3-2, #407).
- Lightweight (155 lbs):
- Debuting pro Victor Morales Hurtado (0-0, #218 Am.) jumps straight into the deep end against 21-fight vet Miguel Labrador (6-14-1, #429).
- Featherweight (145 lbs):
- Ricardo Astudillo (0-2) hunts for his first pro win against #63 ranked amateur standout Johnny Fernández (0-0).
- Lightweight (155 lbs):
- Top-ranked amateur talent collides as #4 Rafael Moncayo (0-0) faces #48 H. Hernandez (0-0).
- Flyweight (125 lbs):
- Cesar Jesus Bustamante (0-0, #197 Am.) kicks off his campaign against E. Estevez Valdivia (0-0).
