Alberto El Patron seeks revenge. This July 11, AAA’s Verano de Escándalo arrives in Aguascalientes, Mexico, with one of the most intense rivalries of the moment. Alberto Del Rio, still smarting from losing the Megacampeonato to Hijo del Vikingo, will team up with El Mesias to face the champion and his father in an explosive tag team duel. Everything escalated after Alberto’s defeat in the cage match for a rematch. Now, with his pride on the line, Del Rio wants to settle the score and prove that he is still a dominant force in AAA.
King Viking Receives the Punishment
The tension increased when King Vikingo, brother of Hijo del Vikingo, challenged Alberto. But his audacity cost him dearly: El Patrón responded with a beating that sent him straight to the hospital. As a result, AAA announced the long-awaited fight: Los Vikingos (father and son) vs. Alberto and El Mesías at Verano de Escándalo. Will El Patrón get revenge or will Los Vikingos continue to reign?
Psycho Circus Returns to Defend the Tercias Title
In another highlight of the event, the legendary trio Psycho Circus returns. Murder Clown, Dave the Clown and Panic Clown will defend the Tercias Championships against Aerostar, Niño Hamburguesa and La Parka. With Murder returning from injury, the original team promises chaos, spectacle and violence in classic AAA style.
