Arturo “Makako” Vergara already has his next MMA fight set.
The Chilean fighter based in Miami will face Alvaro Quiroga for the vacant bantamweight title in the co-main event of Samurai Fight House 28.

Vergara has extensive experience in MMA, but he gained worldwide recognition after becoming the bantamweight champion of Karate Combat, winning all seven of his fights in the striking organization.
In his return to MMA, he defeated Hector Lopez, knocking him out at Samurai Fight House 27. Now, he will have the chance to capture the belt in one of the fastest-growing MMA organizations in Latin America.
Quiroga is considered one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in Bolivia. The La Paz native stands out for his balance both on the feet and on the ground, with three wins by KO/TKO and three by submission.
The Team Altitud fighter is coming off a knockout victory over Jhasyb Orozco at Copa Combate: Bolivia vs. Brazil.
In his next fight, he will have the opportunity to become champion and secure the most important victory of his career.
Samurai Fight House 28 will take place on April 5 at Club Tigres Junior in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
