Corrales Ready to Make History Once Again
At 10:00 p.m. sharp, the beloved local fighter, Leonardo Corrales, will return to the ring to face Brazilian Jackson Elitelmo for the vacant Pan American title in the Low Kick modality. In addition to being 24 times national champion and world champion in Full Contact, Corrales arrives with an impeccable preparation.
“I am blessed to be able to go for this title in Corrientes. I prepared like never before: physically, mentally and nutritionally.”
However, his opponent is not just any opponent: Elitelmo is ranked No. 1 in the Brazilian rankings. Even so, Corrales is confident. Two years have passed since his last presentation in the province, and now he is more than ready to meet again the roar of the Corrientes public.
