Estos pioneros sentaron las bases de lo que se convertir\u00eda en el organismo m\u00e1s respetado del boxeo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La Era Sulaim\u00e1n: Un Antes y un Despu\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde su fundaci\u00f3n, solo&nbsp;seis presidentes&nbsp;han dirigido el WBC, pero ninguno dej\u00f3 una huella tan profunda como&nbsp;Jos\u00e9 Sulaim\u00e1n Chagn\u00f3n. Asumiendo el cargo el&nbsp;5 de diciembre de 1975&nbsp;en T\u00fanez, transform\u00f3 el WBC en la organizaci\u00f3n de boxeo m\u00e1s influyente del mundo, lider\u00e1ndola durante&nbsp;38 a\u00f1os&nbsp;hasta su fallecimiento en 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bajo su mandato, el <a href=\"https:\/\/fajador.co\/es\/mariana-juarez-brilla-en-defensa-de-la-corona-de-plata-del-cmb\/#:~:text=Una%20victoria%20que,inquebrantables%20de%20Ju\u00e1rez.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WBC<\/a> implement\u00f3&nbsp;reformas innovadoras&nbsp;para mejorar la seguridad de los boxeadores, como&nbsp;reducir los combates por t\u00edtulo de 15 a 12 asaltos, ex\u00e1menes m\u00e9dicos obligatorios y regulaciones m\u00e1s estrictas sobre el peso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>WBC: Protegiendo a los Boxeadores, Honrando la Tradici\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El&nbsp;Consejo Mundial de Boxeo (WBC)&nbsp;es una&nbsp;organizaci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro&nbsp;impulsada por la pasi\u00f3n por el boxeo y el compromiso con la seguridad de los peleadores. He also served as a voting member of the Latin Recording Academy and an active ASCAP publisher. In 2005, Ra\u00fal helped spark a massive cultural shift in American radio. Joining a small foundational team at Univision, he helped launch the La Kalle Network\u2014the first U.S. network to roll out a national reggaeton format. Introducing the genre to major markets like San Francisco, Chicago, Miami, and New York meant working on the ground with its pioneers, including Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Nicky Jam, and Wisin y Yandel. His work hasn't been limited to music. Ra\u00fal has also been involved in the release of 12 films ON DVD and on Sony Playstation, collaborating with Bay Area filmmakers The Quiroz Brothers, actor Todd Bridges, and Friday the 13th creator Victor Miller. Later, he brought his background in entertainment to the brand side, joining PGW before it was acquired by Creative Artists Agency (CAA). As a Regional Field Marketing Manager, he helped build what is now CAA Experiential under the guidance of Russ Jones the head of Global Branding at CAA. Born in San Francisco and raised in a family business environment, he found his creative footing early. At just nine years old, he learned silkscreening from Bay Area artist Michael Roman, helping design t-shirts for Carlos Santana. This early taste of the creative world led him naturally into music promotion. Working at Fama Records under Universal Music and Video Distribution, he helped market iconic acts like Malo, Tierra, and Los Tigres Del Norte. He eventually stepped into the role of Promotions Director, collaborating with Grammy-winners like Tony Coronado and Billboard top artist Los Amos De Nuevo Leon until 2004. He also served as a voting member of the Latin Recording Academy and an active ASCAP publisher. In 2005, Ra\u00fal helped spark a massive cultural shift in American radio. Joining a small foundational team at Univision, he helped launch the La Kalle Network\u2014the first U.S. network to roll out a national reggaeton format. Introducing the genre to major markets like San Francisco, Chicago, Miami, and New York meant working on the ground with its pioneers, including Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Nicky Jam, and Wisin y Yandel. His work hasn't been limited to music. Ra\u00fal has also been involved in the release of 12 films ON DVD and on Sony Playstation, collaborating with Bay Area filmmakers The Quiroz Brothers, actor Todd Bridges, and Friday the 13th creator Victor Miller. Later, he brought his background in entertainment to the brand side, joining PGW before it was acquired by Creative Artists Agency (CAA). As a Regional Field Marketing Manager, he helped build what is now CAA Experiential under the guidance of Russ Jones the head of Global Branding at CAA.
