El Congreso Panamericano Universitario de la Juventud destac\u00f3 nuevamente en el calendario deportivo de este a\u00f1o. Celebr\u00f3 su 16\u00aa edici\u00f3n los d\u00edas 19 y 20 de marzo en el Hotel Camino Real<\/a>. Este evento fue significativo para el desarrollo juvenil y reuni\u00f3 a personalidades de diversos sectores para inspirar a los l\u00edderes del ma\u00f1ana. El WBC Inspira a la Juventud en el 16\u00ba Congreso Panamericano Universitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El presidente del WBC<\/a>, Mauricio Sulaim\u00e1n, junto con las leyendas del boxeo Mariana \u00abBarby\u00bb Ju\u00e1rez y Jorge \u00abTravieso\u00bb Arce, fueron los protagonistas principales del Congreso. Adem\u00e1s, Francisco Mieres, presidente del Congreso, dio la bienvenida a cientos de j\u00f3venes entusiastas. Ellos estaban listos para marcar la diferencia en sus respectivos campos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un D\u00eda Lleno de Inspiraci\u00f3n y Visi\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

El Congreso tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con figuras de alto perfil, como Mario Delgado, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, y Citlal\u00ed Hern\u00e1ndez Mora, secretaria de las Mujeres. Ambos subrayaron la importancia de la educaci\u00f3n y el empoderamiento. Sin embargo, fue el panel final el que dej\u00f3 a los asistentes con una energ\u00eda renovada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las Leyendas del Boxeo Comparten su Sabidur\u00eda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mariana \u00abBarby\u00bb Ju\u00e1rez<\/a>, \u00edcono en el ring, comparti\u00f3 una reflexi\u00f3n con los j\u00f3venes: \u00abLa vida es muy similar al boxeo, luchas hacia arriba y hacia abajo en el ring.\u00bb<\/em> Por su parte, Jorge \u00abTravieso\u00bb Arce<\/a> conmovi\u00f3 a la audiencia con una emotiva historia. Record\u00f3 una promesa que le hizo a su padre. Se comprometi\u00f3 a convertirse no solo en un campe\u00f3n, sino en un campe\u00f3n de cinco veces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joining a small foundational team at Univision, he helped launch the La Kalle Network\u2014the first U.S. network to roll out a national reggaeton format. Introducing the genre to major markets like San Francisco, Chicago, Miami, and New York meant working on the ground with its pioneers, including Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Nicky Jam, and Wisin y Yandel. His work hasn't been limited to music. Ra\u00fal has also been involved in the release of 12 films ON DVD and on Sony Playstation, collaborating with Bay Area filmmakers The Quiroz Brothers, actor Todd Bridges, and Friday the 13th creator Victor Miller. Later, he brought his background in entertainment to the brand side, joining PGW before it was acquired by Creative Artists Agency (CAA). As a Regional Field Marketing Manager, he helped build what is now CAA Experiential under the guidance of Russ Jones the head of Global Branding at CAA. Born in San Francisco and raised in a family business environment, he found his creative footing early. At just nine years old, he learned silkscreening from Bay Area artist Michael Roman, helping design t-shirts for Carlos Santana. This early taste of the creative world led him naturally into music promotion. Working at Fama Records under Universal Music and Video Distribution, he helped market iconic acts like Malo, Tierra, and Los Tigres Del Norte. He eventually stepped into the role of Promotions Director, collaborating with Grammy-winners like Tony Coronado and Billboard top artist Los Amos De Nuevo Leon until 2004. He also served as a voting member of the Latin Recording Academy and an active ASCAP publisher. In 2005, Ra\u00fal helped spark a massive cultural shift in American radio. Joining a small foundational team at Univision, he helped launch the La Kalle Network\u2014the first U.S. network to roll out a national reggaeton format. Introducing the genre to major markets like San Francisco, Chicago, Miami, and New York meant working on the ground with its pioneers, including Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Nicky Jam, and Wisin y Yandel. His work hasn't been limited to music. Ra\u00fal has also been involved in the release of 12 films ON DVD and on Sony Playstation, collaborating with Bay Area filmmakers The Quiroz Brothers, actor Todd Bridges, and Friday the 13th creator Victor Miller. Later, he brought his background in entertainment to the brand side, joining PGW before it was acquired by Creative Artists Agency (CAA). As a Regional Field Marketing Manager, he helped build what is now CAA Experiential under the guidance of Russ Jones the head of Global Branding at CAA.
