Proveniente de la peque\u00f1a localidad de Vega, Asturias<\/a>, ya ha logrado m\u00e1s que muchos luchadores sue\u00f1an en toda una vida. Una Campeona Desde el Comienzo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

El amor de Merche por las artes marciales comenz\u00f3 a una edad temprana, gracias a la influencia de su padre. Exluchador y apasionado de los deportes de<\/a> combate<\/a>, su padre la introdujo al judo antes de guiarla hacia el MMA. Entrenando en el Bandog Fight Club<\/a> de Gij\u00f3n junto a su hermano Pepe, Merche r\u00e1pidamente se convirti\u00f3 en una fuerza a tener en cuenta. Bajo la mirada atenta de su padre, comenz\u00f3 a trazar su camino hacia la grandeza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un Historial Impresionante<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Con tan solo 15 a\u00f1os, Merche hizo historia al convertirse en la primera campeona mundial <\/a>espa\u00f1ola junior de MMA. Conquist\u00f3 el t\u00edtulo en Abu Dhabi en 2023, compitiendo en la categor\u00eda \u00abYouth B\u00bb con un peso de 67 kg. Pero no se detuvo all\u00ed. En 2024, Merche subi\u00f3 a la categor\u00eda Sub-18 y defendi\u00f3 su t\u00edtulo mundial. Esta vez domin\u00f3 en los 70.3 kg, derrotando a la uzbeka Rozikova por decisi\u00f3n un\u00e1nime en tan solo seis minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero las victorias de Merche no terminan con el MMA. Tambi\u00e9n es campeona mundial de Grappling, una disciplina de combate donde las t\u00e9cnicas como los derribos y las sumisiones son clave, sin golpes.
