Se entregaron certificados a los alumnos que completaron los talleres de\u00a0<em>defensa personal, artes marciales mixtas y Taekwondo ITF\/ITA Patagonia<\/em>. Estas actividades se desarrollaron tanto en el<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/cic_martialarts_club\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> CIC<\/a> Bel\u00e9n como en la sede comunitaria, promoviendo el desarrollo f\u00edsico, emocional y social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un Acto de Reconocimiento y Compromiso Social<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La ceremonia fue encabezada por la ministra de Desarrollo Social, Igualdad e Integraci\u00f3n&nbsp;<em>Luisa C\u00e1rdenas<\/em>, acompa\u00f1ada por&nbsp;<em>Cecilia Cort\u00e9s<\/em>&nbsp;(secretaria de Estado de Desarrollo Local),&nbsp;<em>Romina Contreras<\/em>&nbsp;(subsecretaria de Abordaje Territorial),&nbsp;<em>Dami\u00e1n Rueda<\/em>&nbsp;(subsecretario de Juventud), e&nbsp;<em>Ivana \u00c1lvarez<\/em>&nbsp;(directora del CIC del Carmen). Su presencia destac\u00f3 la importancia de fomentar espacios de formaci\u00f3n e inclusi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del deporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Demostraciones de T\u00e9cnica, Disciplina y Valores<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el evento, los alumnos realizaron demostraciones en vivo, dejando en claro el nivel de compromiso y habilidades adquiridas. La ministra C\u00e1rdenas valor\u00f3 el rol de los instructores, no solo por su ense\u00f1anza t\u00e9cnica, sino por inculcar&nbsp;<em>respeto, responsabilidad y sentido de comunidad<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cEstos espacios no solo fortalecen el cuerpo, tambi\u00e9n forjan el car\u00e1cter y fortalecen lazos sociales\u201d, expres\u00f3 C\u00e1rdenas.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Los CIC como Motores de Desarrollo Social<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el Ministerio, se subray\u00f3 el valor de los CIC como espacios estrat\u00e9gicos para el aprendizaje, el deporte y la contenci\u00f3n social. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de ense\u00f1ar defensa personal, estos talleres fortalecen el tejido comunitario y promueven una sociedad m\u00e1s segura y cohesionada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Argentina y las Artes Marciales: Un Camino de Crecimiento<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las artes marciales est\u00e1n en auge en Argentina. Desde 1967, el Taekwondo ha echado ra\u00edces gracias a los maestros coreanos Kim Han-Chang, Choi Nam-Sung y Chung Kwang-Duk. Pero el pa\u00eds ofrece una rica diversidad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Esgrima Criolla<\/strong>, arte de los gauchos, mezcla influencias europeas e ind\u00edgenas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lucha Criolla<\/strong>, h\u00edbrido entre danza y combate, resalta la creatividad cultural.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El\u00a0<strong>MMA<\/strong>\u00a0crece con figuras como\u00a0<em>Marcelo Rojo<\/em>, destacado internacionalmente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En 2025,\u00a0<em>Buenos Aires<\/em>\u00a0ser\u00e1 sede del\u00a0<strong>Campeonato Mundial de Taekwon-Do ITFU<\/strong>, seg\u00fan la ITFUnion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un Legado que Inspira<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las artes marciales ya son de los deportes m\u00e1s populares del pa\u00eds, solo superadas por el f\u00fatbol.
