Querétaro Welcomes a New Era in MMA
Fight League Champions (FLC) made its official debut at CANACO Querétaro. Backed by the Comisión de Turismo Deportivo, FLC 001 marks the start of a bold new chapter for MMA in Mexico. The league aims to make Querétaro a leading destination for combat sports and sports tourism.
Anel Flores, promoter and founder of Kuattro Lattice Agenzia, led the announcement. She thanked officials, media, and strategic allies for supporting this fresh project. Together, they hope to turn Querétaro into a fight capital.
Not Just an Event—A Professional MMA League
Luis Carlos Páramo Soler, co-founder of FLC, explained the bigger picture. “This isn’t just a single show. We’re building a full league with an international vision,” he said. In 2025, FLC will add three more events to its calendar. The goal is to spotlight Mexican fighters. The debut card features top-ranked fighters from elite gyms such as Entram Gym and Brazilian Warriors. Coaches include Tito Castro, mentor to UFC champ Alexa Grasso, and Pedro Joya, who trained Brandon Moreno.
Broadcast Power and Star Appearances
FLC 001 will air live with professional TV quality. Emmanuel Merlos, producer of the Super Bowl on Fox Sports, will lead the broadcast team. With mobile units and UFC-level tech, the production will match the sport’s top leagues.
MMA stars like Jesús Aguilar, Alessandro Costa, Eli Rodríguez, Tito Castro, and Pedro Joya will appear as special guests.
Boost to Local Economy and Tourism
On October 31, Rancho El Pitayo will host 14 fights starting at 5:00 p.m. The event targets fans from nearby states like San Luis Potosí and Guanajuato. FLC will also train local referees and judges, boosting combat sports in the region.
