Franco Tenaglia
An important local presence will headline PFL’s first fight card in Madrid. “El Rey de La Calle” Franco Tenaglia has signed a contract with the organization and will make his debut on the first card on Spanish soil. The announcement was made by the organization on Thursday morning..
For now, the first opponent of the Argentine based in Spain has not been determined.
Tenaglia’s run in combat sports has not gone unnoticed. He had a stint in Bare Knuckle where he became a world champion and compiled a 7–1 record.
Meanwhile, in MMA, he holds a 5–2 record and is riding a three-fight winning streak. In his most recent bout, he defeated Joseph Hapgood by submission at War MMA 6.
After conquering the underground world of bare-knuckle boxing, he now looks to achieve the same success under the MMA rule set.
PFL Madrid will take place on March 20 at the Palacio Vistalegre in Madrid, Spain.
