The Good Brothers
Former WWE Superstars Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, known as The Good Brothers, proved once again why they’re one of wrestling’s most dominant tag teams. At The Crash Lucha Libre’s 14th Anniversary Show in Tijuana, Mexico, they shocked fans by winning The Crash Tag Team Championships in a last-minute Triple Threat Match. The Good Brothers win The Crash Tag Team.
A Shocking Triple Threat Victory
The atmosphere inside the Auditorio de Tijuana was electric. The Good Brothers battled Legado Wagner (Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. and Galeno del Mal) and Black Rebellion (D-Luxe and Pierroth Jr.). Initially, Legado Wagner planned to vacate their belts after signing with another promotion. But Black Rebellion convinced them to defend their titles one last time — a decision that backfired.
The match ended when The Good Brothers hit D’Luxe with their signature Magic Killer. Gallows made the pin, earning another major win for the team.
The End of an Era for Legado Wagner
This defeat ended Legado Wagner’s impressive 498-day reign as champions. It was one of the longest title runs in The Crash’s history. Their exit opens a new chapter for the promotion. Meanwhile, The Good Brothers’ victory brings international prestige and attention to the Mexican tag team division.
Building on a Legacy of Gold
This marks the 11th tag team title reign for Gallows and Anderson. Over their career, they’ve conquered major promotions across the globe. They’ve held NJPW’s IWGP Heavyweight Tag Titles three times, and they are two-time WWE Raw Tag Team Champions. They also captured the 2019 WWE Tag Team World Cup before parting ways with WWE again earlier this year.
