The Australian-born wrestling sensation has never shied away from making bold statements, and her passion for Lucha Libre is no exception. Storm will make her CMLL in-ring debut on October 18, 2024 and she couldn’t be more excited.
On the latest edition of CMLL Informa, Storm shared his enthusiasm for wrestling in the Arena Mexicoa legendary venue in the world of Lucha Libre.
“I am very, very excited to come to Arena Mexico. I’ve never been before and I can’t wait to finally meet my Mexican fans.”
he said enthusiastically. For years, his fans have been anxiously awaiting his arrival in Mexico City, and the moment is almost here.
Known for her worldwide accomplishments, Storm didn’t hold back when talking about her Lucha Libre aspirations. “I’m known worldwide as Lucha Wh*re!”, she boldly stated. “All my life I’ve wanted a Lucha Libre championship and it’s surprising that I haven’t gotten it yet. But soon I will be the new champion of Mexico.” Her self-confidence is unmistakable and she is ready to conquer the world of Mexican Lucha Libre.
While Storm’s in-ring debut was originally scheduled to take place on CMLL Friday Spectacular on October 11, the match had to be postponed due to unforeseen weather conditions. However, the wait won’t be long, as the match was rescheduled for October 18, 2024. Fans are excited for what promises to be a must-see event.
Storm’s sense of humor was also on display when he jokingly recounted his experience with Mexican food. “The last time I ate an enchilada, it reappeared fully formed in the bathroom”, she joked, adding: “But I’m ready to take a chance and deliver the best performance Mexico City has ever seen.”
She is currently ranked No. 1 on the list of female wrestlers PWI Top 250Storm has all eyes on her as she steps into the iconic CMLL ring.
