Carol began her journey dreaming of becoming a professional boxer. She was known as Carol “The Warrior” Siracusa. First, she trained in local California Bay Area gyms. Eventually, she earned her very own TOPS playing card. Later, she made her way to Richard Perez Boxing in Manteca, California. There, she trained alongside famous fighters like Nate and Nick Diaz. During this period, “The Warrior” Siracusa lived up to her name with defiant intensity. She competed locally while sharpening her skills against elite teammates, sparring with icons like Nick and Nate Diaz, Her rising stardom was undeniable—she was even immortalized on an official Topps trading card, marking the beginning of an incredibly bright future.
Battling Real Adversity
Sadly, a fierce battle with cancer forced her official retirement. Following this, she survived a massive heart attack. However, boxing truly saved her life. Instead of quitting, Carol bravely transitioned into full time coaching. She worked at numerous gyms across Northern and Central California. She expanded her elite cutwork into MMA, bare knuckle boxing, and Muay Thai.
Working With Champions
Carol proved her skills coaching at Robert Guerrero‘s Pound 4 Pound Gym in Gilroy, California. She worked side by side with the American professional boxer Robert “Ghost” Guerrero. He famously held world championships in two weight classes, including the IBF featherweight title twice between 2006 and 2008, and the IBF junior lightweight title from 2009 to 2010.
Today, Carol is the sparring partner for Raquel “Pretty Beast” Miller. Raquel is an American professional boxer who holds the WBA interim female super welterweight title. Currently, Raquel boasts an undefeated record of 13 wins and 0 losses. Boxing fans are excited as Raquel makes her Most Valuable Promotions debut on Friday, April 17, 2026.
