April 19, 2026 — Fajador Media is proud to announce the worldwide release of “Noticias Fajador,” a brand-new format in combat sports news broadcasting. Premiering today, Sunday, April 19, 2026, the podcast is dedicated to delivering the latest updates across all combat sports disciplines from around the globe, with a special focus on MMA, Boxing, and Lucha Libre.
For the first time ever, a news platform is blending global combat sports updates with original music production. To tease the launch, Fajador Media has been releasing short musical snippets across its social media platforms (@fajadormedia on Facebook and Instagram). Today’s launch is highlighted by the Instagram release of the original track, “The Song For Diego ‘El Niño’.”
Powered by The Industry
The unique musical integrations on “Noticias Fajador”—which feature musical breaks singing the highlighted news stories on Fajador.com—are created by Fajador Media Producer, Raul Martinez. Martinez brings a massive entertainment portfolio to the platform, featuring several films currently streaming worldwide on networks like TUBI, Amazon Prime, and Plex, alongside 16 full movie soundtracks. His deep roots in the music industry include serving as a Latin Grammy voting member for the Recording Academy’s San Francisco Chapter and and later working for industry titans like Grammy-winning producer Nelson Albareda. As a cultural innovator, he also helped pioneer California’s Mexican Hyphy Music Movement alongside artists such as Los Amos de Nuevo Leon.
Beyond his creative ventures, Martinez boasts a groundbreaking radio broadcasting legacy. In 2005, he served as Promotions Director on the kickoff team for Univision Radio’s “La Kalle,” the first-ever bilingual Reggaeton station in USA history. Propelling the station to the #1 Latin Urban spot in Central California, Martinez played a pivotal role in breaking powerhouse acts like Don Omar, Nicky Jam, Aventura, and Wisin y Yandel. His efforts earned his radio network multiple RIAA awards for his programming and record sales contributions with radio veterans programmer Tony Santos, helping lay the groundwork for a highly successful nationwide network expansion into major markets like New York, San Francisco, Miami, and Chicago.
