Get ready, Chile! Next August 31st, Wrestling Kingdom Chile(WKC) will debut its first big event: “NEW RAGE“. This day will mark the long awaited return of La Catalina. WKC wants to revolutionize Chilean wrestling.
La Catalina: From Maipú to the world of wrestling
Born in Maipú in 2000, Catalina García-now known as La Catalina-has shined on international stages. Her training began at RLL Wrestling Academy, but in 2019 she came to WWE, where she wrestled on RAW, NXT and 205 Live.
During her time in WWE, she faced greats such as Asuka, Bianca Belair and Xia Li. However, after her departure in 2021, her career continued to grow in Mexico, excelling in the independent circuit and, since 2023, in CMLL.
International presence and an unforgettable rivalry
In addition, La Catalina participated in New Japan Pro-Wrestling, starring in an intense rivalry with Stephanie Vaquer. Although she recently announced a surgery for a cyst, she has time to meet again with the Chilean public before her recovery.
