As part of the festivities, Latin American Prospects (LAP) presents “LAP 6” a thrilling amateur MMA and Kickboxing showcase at Estacionamiento Facultad de Medicina UABC in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.
Free Fights at Plaza Palacios
Mark your calendars for Sunday, July 26. The highly anticipated “LAP 06: Rodríguez vs. Flores” kicks off at noon. Best of all, admission is completely free! fight fans can The venue is Plaza Palacios, located in the Zona Río district.
Expect roughly 20,000 attendees to join the celebration. This epic Tijuana MMA event perfectly complements the famous Tijuana Half Marathon. Imdet director César Aramis González praised the collaboration, highlighting Tijuana’s global reputation in the sport thanks to Entram Gym.
Championship Titles on the Line
Fans will witness 15 intense MMA and kickboxing matchups. This event also marks the first anniversary of LAP. Director Martín González emphasized their mission to give rising amateur fighters a truly professional platform to develop their skills safely.
The main event promises fireworks. Local star Doedk Rodríguez faces Ensenada’s Víctor “Cubano” Flores for the inaugural 155-pound LAP Vacant Lightweight Championship belt. Both athletes are hungry for the undisputed title.
International Showdowns Await
The co-main event features a fierce international battle. Santiago “The Goat” Huerta from Mazatlán takes on Tucson’s Zion Fairley for the 125-pound championship belt. Expect high-paced action from bell to bell.
