The official stoppage secured Lorenzana’s unbeaten record at 15-0, with 12 wins by knockout. The victory also strengthened his position in the super middleweight division.
Vega Villaman, now 25-4-2 with 18 knockouts, proved to be a difficult test but fell short against Lorenzana’s relentless offense.
