Dirty Boxing Championship
As a preview to tomorrow’s big event, the fifth edition of Dirty Boxing Championship will take place this afternoon at the Bayou Music Center in Houston, Texas.
In the main event, the experienced Jessica Rose-Clark will face Paula Cristina to crown the organization’s first bantamweight champion.
After her departure from the UFC, Rose-Clark transitioned to striking competition, earning four victories, two of them inside the Dirty Boxing ring. In her most recent fight, she defeated Claudia Zamora by unanimous decision.
Cristina will be making her debut with the organization. The Nova União fighter became known for her runs in Bellator MMA and Invicta FC and is currently riding a two-fight winning streak.
Paula is coming off a victory over Jacqueline Ferreira at Shooto Brazil 134. Now, she will look to capture the championship belt under the organization’s special boxing rules.
Dirty Boxing 5 will be streamed live and free on YouTube starting at 8:00 p.m. ET.
