Her amateur career culminated with winning a bronze medal at the 2020 Olympic Games, cementing her status as one of the premier international boxers of her generation.
The 28-year-old Jones currently holds the IBF world title and resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She was ranked #23 among ESPN’s best women’s boxers of 2025 following her tightly-contested world title defense against Elia Carranza in July 2025. From Amateur Gold to WBC Queen
MVP’s reigning WBC featherweight world champion Tiara Brown holds a career built on an exceptional amateur pedigree, technical excellence, and championship-level discipline. Long before capturing world honors in the professional ranks, Brown established herself as one of the most accomplished amateurs in the United States. A highly-decorated amateur, Brown was a multiple-time US national champion, competing at the highest levels of USA Boxing and consistently defeating top-tier competition across the country, culminating with a gold medal at the 2012 amateur world championships. That foundation seamlessly translated into the pro ranks, where her experience, composure, and adaptability have set her apart on the world stage. Brown’s style is defined by speed, sharp fundamentals, and intelligent pressure.
She is equally comfortable boxing off the back foot or engaging in high-paced exchanges, making her one of the most technically sound and versatile fighters in women’s boxing today. Representing Philadelphia, Pennsylvania’s proud boxing tradition, Brown defeated Skye Nicholson in March 2025 to claim the WBC featherweight title before successfully defending the belt against Emma Gongara in September 2025. She is currently ranked Boxrec’s #17 pound-for-pound female fighter and was ranked #16 among ESPN’s best women’s boxers of 2025.

Artiga, Tampa’s first native world champion, was recently honored with a city proclamation from Mayor Jane Castor, honoring her athletic achievements and commitment to community mentorship. Standing 5′4″ with a 64″ reach, the 33-year-old Artiga continues to build momentum as one of women’s boxing’s hungriest new champions. She made her first successful world title defense with a TKO win on MVP Fight Night in August 2025, and defended her title again against challenger Stephanie Silva in December 2025.
“No talking, no glitz, no glamour,” said Jasmine Artiga. “Just no mercy. This is for my grandma. It’s time to take over.”

Born in Villa Gobernador Gálvez, she comes from a distinguished boxing lineage as the sister of former four-division world champion Daniela Bermúdez. She has headlined historic fights both in Argentina and abroad, becoming a key figure in the resurgence of women’s boxing in her country.

Mexican Powerhouse Estefany Alegría Vows to Dethrone the Champ
A boxer since the age of 12, inspired by her older brother, Estefany Alegría Osorio always aimed to follow in his footsteps, eventually surpassing his accomplishments. She enjoyed a standout amateur career, becoming a two-time Mexican National Champion at the National Olympics in 2019 and 2020 before turning professional in 2021 with a victory. The Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico native remained undefeated for four years, scoring wins over top-level opponents such as Linda Contreras and Tania García, the latter earning her the WBA Latin minimumweight title.
Her unbeaten run came to an unexpected halt in 2024 against Melanie Sarmiento, but she quickly avenged the loss just months later with a clear unanimous decision victory. In 2025, she showcased her elite level by defeating former WBC Silver world champion Ángela Nolasco in a dominant performance. She further solidified her status this past March in an all-out war against Danna Paola Alanís, capturing the WBC Silver world title and propelling herself to the top of the rankings across the major sanctioning bodies worldwide.
“I’m very happy and it’s a dream come true to be fighting for a world title,” said Estafany Alegria. “It’s been years of hard work and finally on Saturday, June 13 I will become world champion.
